Exception Report: Company Level - TXR 559

  • To open the report click on the radio button selecting this report.

  • Click the Tab button in the keyboard.

  • This report is available at company level only, and no other parameters can be specified.

  • View the report results

Report Purpose

The purpose of this report is to highlight possible areas of concern as per the legend A to O specified at the bottom of the report.

Report Definition

 Vehicles are identified as follows:

  • - Registration number

  • - Card number

  • - Vehicle description

  • - Driver name

  • - Page on which the Tank by Tank Analyses (TXR 550/01) can be found

  • Exceptions are denoted by a yes or Rand value.  Where an asterix appears, this means that an exception was highlighted for that specific vehicle in a previous month i.e. the problem is re-occuring.
