Report Purpose

The main purpose of this report is to keep NedFleet updated with the latest changes within the company, branch or cost centre.

Report Definition

This report identifies the relevant structure of the company, branch and cost centre with the following details:

• Changes in Details of the Driver

• Transfer of vehicles

• Vehicles to be deleted (either sold/disposed vehicles)

• Change of Registration Number

• Change of Vehicle’s Description

NB. Requisitions of changes and amendments should reach the NedFleet Processing Department 5 working days before the cut-off date of the relevant operating month. - NedFleet Processing Department will not be able to do any amendments and updating until the summary of reports is run.– Run at Group and at Company Level.
