Interrogation

• To open the report click on the radio button selecting this report.

• Select the required data level

• Select the required parameter data

• Select the required parameters, including the from-and-to date calender controls, and/or required values etc.

• Click on generate

• Click on the link to download the data to excel format onto the local disk

• Choose the option to save this file to disk

• Specify the file location on the local disk that you want to save the file to

• Open the file by selecting open

• View the report in Excel

• Manipulate the data according to requirements

Report Purpose

The ability to export the system data up to transactional level to Microsoft Excel makes this system unique. The functionality to export these reports to excel format, where the data can be manipulated according to the individual business requirements is extremely powerful.

The lengthy monthly reports associated with the fleet vehicle industry can now be replaced by real time information that can be accessed as and when required. Management decisions can be made in time, and not just when the monthly reports are generated and distributed to the NedFleet customers.

An example would be a report for the top 5 vehicles that exceeded an expense amount for a specific period, and to export this data to spreadsheet format if required.

The data can be filtered for:

• Specific date ranges

• Specific value ranges

• Including or excluding specific data

• Custom specified parameters
