Report Purpose

The purpose of the Detailed Vehicle Audit Trail and Calculated VAT report is as follows:

• A comprehensive accounting tool used to audit the card system.

• It contains all transactions per billing account/card number, and shows the VAT calculation for all transactions.

• Only financial information is recorded in this report, all other forms of Fleet Management do not appear in this report.

• It allows the accounts department of any client to ascertain costs incurred for the month.

• The financial information is supplied per Individual Vehicle, per Cost Centre, per Branch and per Company.

• Accepted by the South African Revenue Services for tax purposes.
